Most of you have heard that quote, and I was thinking of it this morning as I danced alone in my living room to one of my favorite cd's, Loreena McKennitt's "A Midwinter Night's Dream". I never grow tired of it, and listen and paint (and dance!) to it at all times of the year.

I decided this morning it would be fun to let our friend the fox dance on the canvas.  After all the stillness and stretching, a silly dance might be just the thing to start the day with a smile on our face and joy in our heart! And what if, just for today, we follow Mr. Purkey's wise words, and are free from worrying what anyone else thinks and do the things that bring us happiness...wear the crazy shirt! Sing out loud in the car - even at a stop light! Dance! Be your crazy, weird and wonderful self!
