Doggo Has the Blues

There's a bit of a melancholy feel to this piece. The doggo is looking away, perhaps feeling guilty about something she feels you'll be unhappy about. Like her eating the loaf of banana bread that was cooling on the counter. Or chewing up the pencil that dropped on the floor. But she shouldn't worry too much.  You love her anyway.

This painting was done in memory of our beautiful Lab/Shepherd mix, Serena. But it could remind you of your very own doggo, and maybe even remind you that even when we do things that we later regret, we are still worthy of love. Sometimes we are the hardest on ourselves when we mess up. So show yourself a little kindness and compassion today, and hug your doggo or just hug yourself. It's all good.
