Paper Angels

Day 4 of my 2020 Gratitude Project.  The base of this painting is one I did last week, which I wasn't happy with, so I decided to add some collage paper.  The paper I used is the unwaxed deli paper that I've been using in place of a regular palette. I often find mysef liking the patterns of color left on my palette after painting. So I took a cue from Portland Artist and coach, Jacqui Beck, and tore up the paper palette to use as collage elements. I was surprised and delighted when angels showed up.  A timely reminder to be grateful for all the angels in my life.
