2026 Gratitude Project
The 2026 Gratitude Project Runs October 16 - November 15
This is the 8th year I am offering small (6x6) daily paintings at a great price to my collectors. If you are new to the Gratitude Project, it works like this: Every day for 31 days, I will send my Studio newsletter subscribers (subscribe) an email around 2PM, Mountain Time with that day's painting*. If it speaks to you and you want to purchase it, just click the link provided in the email and claim it!
If a painting goes unclaimed, the next day I'll post it to social media and make it available to the general public. This year, each painting will be $179 including shipping (US Mail).
This year Rosemary Farm Sanctuary will be the recipient of 20% of my net proceeds. I first learned about Rosemary Farm last year, when co-founder Dawn Robyn purchased one of my Gratitude Project paintings as a gift for one of the farm's donors. Turns out she had learned about my work on a trip to nearby Equis Art Gallery where I am represented.
As an added bonus, 20% of net proceeds from the sale of any larger paintings directly from my studio until the end of 2026 will go to Rosemary Farm. Click on the Painted Wind Studio Collection below. Just mention Rosemary Farm when purchasing and I will do the rest!
My Gratitude Project paintings are created with the same care and process as my larger paintings. Because I don't ever know who will show up in the painting on any given day, each painting is unique and never formulaic. Although horses have been and continue to be my favorite muse, other subjects often show up: owls, deer, wolves, bison, crows. I sometimes include human figures as well.
Each 6x6 painting is done in acrylics on cradled birch panel and is ready to hang as is or frame.
